Agricultural Issue Presentation: Factory Farming

To be completely honest I had a really tough time deciding on an agricultural issue to present on despite living my entire life on a dairy farm. I finally decided that (I think) I would like to present on the topic of factory farming. I know that recently many small, family-run dairy farms such as my father's have been forced out of business. The trend favors gigantic, corporate style (factory) farms that I seem to see popping up more and more in our area. I obviously am a supporter of family-run operations, but I am interested to hear both sides of the argument and gain a more broad understanding of the pros and cons of factory farming.
